Here is a few record shots of the Great Snipe at Spurn , East Yorkshire, I saw yesterday with Colin Green and Steve James. At times it showed down to five feet and quite clearly had never seen a human being before as it was reported to have walked over some birder's feet later in the afternoon!! Bonkers!!      

Here is few more photos from my recent Shetland trip. Although the weather was against us we still saw a good selection of birds and wildlife!
